Returns & Refunds

Because many of our pieces are vintage, one of a kind, or handmade from vintage and pre-loved materials, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit, color variation, or minor signs of age and wear that are disclosed in the listing.

Please review all photos, sizing, and condition details carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or the item is materially different from its listing, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and make it right with a replacement, when available, or an appropriate refund.

Vintage & Handmade Pieces

Vintage and handmade items may show age, wear, irregularities, hand stitching, repairs, fading, or other characteristics that are part of their history and handmade nature. We do our best to photograph and disclose notable condition issues before purchase.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
