Welcome to The Threaded Home.

This has been a long time coming, even if we didn’t always know it would turn into a business. My mom and I have always loved thrifting, antiquing, and digging through places that feel like they might be hiding something good.

A lot of that love is tied to family, too. Over the years, we’ve spent plenty of time rummaging through my great-grandmother’s farmhouse and sheds, finding old ceramics, baskets, quilts, fabric scraps, and feed sack material. Some of those pieces came home with us, and some eventually became something completely new.

Somewhere along the way, we realized all of it belonged together: the treasure hunting, the old things, the family history, the quilts, and the making.

That’s really what The Threaded Home is. The two of us finding things worth keeping, giving old pieces a new life, making by hand, and sharing it all as we go.
